Most days (especially during the week) whatever I put on in the morning is what I am wearing all day long. I always like to wear something that is comfortable and appropriate for wherever the day takes me.
Figuring out what you are going to wear at 8 am knowing that you won’t have time to go home and change for your dinner at 7 can sometimes seem like such a daunting task. Lately, when I have had days like this I opt for the all black. All black is such an easy way and great combo that always makes you look put together.
For this particular all black moment I had the other day I paired these leggings with a big sweater (perfect for day time) and right as the sun started going down I threw on this velvet cape to dress it up a bit. The look really worked for daytime and transitioned perfectly for the evening thanks to the cape! All black is for sure the way to go when you have to go to a lot of different things all in one day!
