This holiday season I have really enjoyed adding and mixing prints (remember this post) to my wardrobe. There have been many occasion in the pass where I would have opted to to mix prints and patterns when I was getting dressed but lately I have loved the look. To me, it looks so fresh and festive.
The combination of this buffalo check shirt (currently $7) and this festive sweater from Old Navy felt more than seasonally appropriate for a lunch with a friend. In order to keep the look somewhat toned down since my sweater and shirt combo were a bit on the wild side, I decided wear my favorite mid-rise jeans and a simple black boot. I love the way this outfit turned out and I cannot wait to try out different shirt and sweater combinations in the coming weeks!
