How to Heat up your At Home Workouts


As someone who loves nothing more than a heated work out (I prefer a warmer spin class and heated yoga), being hit with the news that working out from home would be my *only* option for (at least) the next 6 weeks, I decided to attempt to duplicate my normal work outs in the comfort of my own home!

Thankfully, we bought a Peloton over a year ago and also have everything from hand weights to vipers to work out with! The space we transformed into our ‘peloton room’ used to be a large luggage closet, but I had the shelves ripped out so we can close off the room and you don’t even know that it exists unless you open the doors! To crank up the heat on my peloton rides, I purchased this heater via Amazon and it has been GREAT.

This little heater blows hot air and makes our Peloton room WARM (which I love). It has been a great way for me to get a little extra sweat during quarantine and honestly the best $33 I have spent in a long time! I cannot say enough good things about this little space heater!
