Happy weekend! I hope you all had a lovely week. Our week went a bit fast. The husband and I spent the first half of the week in Miami for a much needed little beach getaway. The ocean, sand between our toes and LOTS of sunshine was exactly what we needed to recharge. While we were there we didn’t do too much. We relaxed by the pool and beach, ate and of course indulged in a some yummy cocktails. While we spent the majority of our time around the hotel, we did leave the property twice to eat dinner at Katsuya & STK..two of our favorite restaurants.
After soaking up enough sun to leave a crispy red layer, we headed back to Dallas to gloomy weather and lots of e-mails. Oh well, totally worth it. This weekend will hopefully be a quite one (Master’s weekend) which is great because the next two weeks are a bit insane. I hope you all have the most wonderful weekend. xx

- Nordstrom: Love these destroyed jeans, is it weird that I am into muscle tees right now? This one is super basic but really cool, these sandals are great to wear during the summer, this floral skirt is so girly (obsessed) and this Camilla caftan would be a dream by the pool.
- Neiman Marcus: I totally get that it is now spring and summer is right around the corner but this is my favorite time of year to get those pricy fall items that are now on sale. I mean these Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots are just gorgeous and I am really loving the wedge version as well! Loving the bow back on this Kate Spade dress, if this Alice & Olivia dress were in my size I would buy it and this dress is perfect for casual summer nights or even poolside.
- Shopbop: The print and back on this maxi dress are gorgeous, everyone needs this romper in their closets, this shorts romper is so adorable and although this is more of a ‘fall’ dress for $67 I’ll take it!
