Favorite Things: January Edition

Is it just me, or did this month totally fly by? Between the holidays, our kids going back to school, and the crazy winter weather in Dallas, the last few weeks have been a busy (and fun) blur. To finish out the month, I’m dedicating today’s post to a few of my favorite things from January- from shoes and jackets to a makeup brush cleaner and the BEST box cutter of all time (trust me!). Enjoy!

Leather Pants

These leather pants are definitely a favorite in my wardrobe- you can dress them up with boots or down with flats! Similar styles linked here and here.

Cushioned Crew Socks With Grips

I am obsessed with these socks- I wear them to Pilates, yoga, or just for hanging out at the house. They have little grippy spots on the soles to keep you from sliding around, and I love how simple they are.

New Balance 327 Casual Shoes

My go-to sneaker for running errands and travel days; and they are only $100! Run, don’t walk (before they sell out again).

TOTEME Scarf Jacket

It comes in several colors, but I personally love the look of a classic black coat. I have worn mine countless times this month- you can dress it down with a t-shirt, jeans, and flats or dress it up with a dress, tights, and heels.

Clear Craft Storage Caddy Tote

Both of my kids are in a coloring phase, and I love it! It’s the perfect screen-free activity and they are always so proud to show us their creations. I purchased this clear bin to keep all of their supplies organized and easily accessible.

Sezane Knit Trousers

These are the comfiest, coziest sweatpants you’ll ever wear; plus, they are so chic.

Makeup Brush Cleaning Machine

If you don’t clean your makeup brushes regularly, consider this a sign! This little machine cleaned all of my makeup brushes perfectly. You just plug it in and go- it couldn’t be easier!

Slice Manual Box Cutter W/ Locking Blade

This is truly the best box cutter of all time, and the last one you’ll ever need. It has a ceramic blade with a rounded tip, and it’s super easy to hold!
