Cheers to the Weekend

This week has been really busy but really slow at the same time (does that make sense?). It has consisted of a lot of rain (miserable) lots of work but also spending time with friends. Last night my good friend Molly invited me to attend a pop up shop where local artisans came together and invited Dallasites to shop their newest products. They had everything from candle makers to jewelry designers. I will admit ‘home decor’ is not really my thing but I genuinely enjoyed looking at the Mi Golondrina bedding collection designed by the talented mother-daughter duo. Every piece is hand made in Mexico and absolutley gorgeous.

Tonight I am attending a girls dinner hosted at a friends home and then tomorrow night we are finally going to be trying the new restaurant in Klyde Warren Park, Savor. The menu looks amazing but I hear the atmosphere it was makes it (all glass walls over looking the city and the park). Really looking forward to taking the next couple of days to relax with the husband, enjoy friends and of course shop! Cheers to the weekend! xx
