This past weekend, we took our annual family photos for our holiday card. I usually try to have this checked off my “to-do” list in October each year, so the cards are ready by the time the holidays roll around. I kept my look simple with one of my favorite pairs of jeans from Totême and a sweater from La Ligne. Coffee table books don’t get enough credit, in my opinion. They are an element of home decor that is also a source of entertainment and inspiration. I don’t pick coffee table books based on appearance alone- I like them to have significance in some way to Wade and I. Over the years, we’ve gathered a meaningful collection of books on a variety of topics. We have books about places we’ve traveled, designers we admire, and art we love. We use coffee table books on shelves, on dressers, on nightstands, and of course, on coffee tables. They are a fun element of design that everyone should have in their home.
