Woohoo it’s Friday! Between keeping up with work, getting our entire house painted, picking out fabric and ordering furniture this week has been a little insane to say the least. The husband and I have lived in our house for 10 months now and there are still a few unfinished spaces and things we have been wanting to change....

Animal prints have been something that I have always had a love hate relationship with. Sometimes they can be cheesy but if paired with the right pieces they can actually be sophisticated while still having an element of fun. When wearing an animal print I like to pick one ‘wild’ item and keep the rest of the look solid....
The Big Easy
This past weekend I was in New Orleans with Mackenzie, Julia, Liz, Sally + Molly. Needless to say the weekend was jam packed but the 6 of us stuck together and had a blast. Now this was my second trip to NOLA, so I made sure to stop by old favorites (Jackson Square, Carousel Bar, Cafe du Monde + Pat O’s for a Hurricane, of course!) and visit new (The Grill Room + Emeril’s)....
