Getting Active
With summer approaching quickly, I have been trying to be more active. Not only to get back in summer shape but also just to feel better. This includes catching a spin class, taking the puppies on a longer walk or even taking the stairs. It’s amazing how much better I feel when working out is a regular occurrence....
