Ralph Bonham Havins
On July 11th at 9:29 in the morning, Wade and I heard our sweet baby Ralph cry for the first time. Ralph Bonham Havins weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Words cannot describe that moment and I know it is something the two of us will always remember. As much as I disliked my entire pregnancy, I can honestly say the moment I had that sweet baby in my arms not only was my world changed forever (in the best possible way) but the last 9 months of being uncomfortable were worth it....
Halloween Ready
Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. When I was younger my mom used to go above and beyond with everything from our (custom) costumes to the amount of candy and even the decor around the house.
Since this is our first halloween in our house (we moved in last November), I wanted to continue on the fun traditions that my mom started when I was little; plus we live in a neighbored hood that gets REALLY into Halloween and as the new kids on the block (literally), I wanted to make sure that we got into the spirit like everyone else. Last weekend I decided that I really needed to get inspired with our Halloween decor, so I went to Target.

My entire life I have always gone to bed on the earlier side. I am one of those people who really needs a lot of sleep in order to function. My sleep habits changed once I married my husband almost 5 years ago because Wade loves to stay up late. He always gets so much done in the evenings....
