New Favorite Shampoo & Conditioner
A few weeks ago I needed a shampoo and conditioner change. I had been using the same combo for a few months. I am still keeping the same combo (click here to see what I have been using) but wanted to add a couple new *friends* to start the fall season.

Thinking back on all of the different hair phases I have had in my life not only makes me laugh but also can take me back to individual moments that helped shape who I am today. I have always been one of those girls who can remember exactly what she was wearing, how my hair was styled and sadly even what ‘color’ it was at the time (yes, I have been a full on blonde…twice)....
Summer Skin Favorites
A regular skin care routine is something that has taken me so long to figure out and changes from season to season. To me, skin care is so important and while I have no where near perfect skin (thanks for the brown spots sun), I really do try hard to keep my skin in the best possible condition that I can. From getting regular facials, to lengthly discussions with my dermatologist, to drinking water, wearing hats, daily sunscreen; I try so hard to keep my skin looking the best that it can!
