I know we are all so busy. Between jobs, friends & family it seems that life will never really slow down. As a couple who is always on the go, one thing that the husband and I constantly talk about is simplifying life, whether this is in our closets, in the plans we make or even something as simple as laundry.

As you may know, last weekend we moved which, if you have moved before, you know it is a huge chore. I cannot tell you how many boxes we have unpacked this week and how many different areas of our new house have been organized (and how many have not).

Before the big move we did so much extra work & preparation. I wanted to make sure the move went extra smooth, so I made sure to make the always necessary Target run for some basics-water, toilet paper, wine & laundry detergent-so when we arrived at the new house we didn’t have to run any errands. We could just focus on unpacking.

I think it is safe to say I am not the only one who goes to Target for a few things and comes out with a shopping cart of treasures. One of the must-have items on the list was to buy Tide Pods at Target. Call me wasteful but I technically didn’t need laundry detergent considering I could have probably gotten about 2 more loads out of the current liquid detergent we had. But the liquid was all over the cap, and who wants to move something so messy? Also, I wanted to make sure to wash the sheets, towels & bedding before I packed them away so they could go straight on the bed at the new house just in case the washer & dryer ended up in the back of the truck.

I decided to try out the Tide Pods. I love the idea of just throwing the pod in the wash. The Tide Pods are mess-free, have 3 times the stain remover and they are pods…I wasn’t kidding when I say you literally just throw it in. No more measuring or liquids all over the cap. Pretty genius.

I know it was a success for me to buy Tide Pods at Target because the puppies and husband were very pleased with how fresh the sheets and towels felt and I know if the puppies could talk they would say how nice they smelled. If you are trying to simplify your laundry routine or just want something that is easy and mess free, I really do recommend trying the Tide Pods. You can snag them online or buy Tide Pods at Target. It’s great stuff I tell you, just great.
