Happy Weekend

Whoah baby. Can you even believe that it is August 1st? Where on earth has the summer gone! I will say I am pretty excited about the beginning of this new month because it is my birthday month! 31 days until the big day, so let the countdown begin!

This week has been short and sweet. We got back Wednesday night after 6 days of pure bliss in Los Angeles. We ate at amazing restaurants (tried new ones and went back to old favorites), caught up with friends, celebrated birthdays, went hiking, soaked up the sun and just relaxed. It was such a fun week and I cannot wait to get away to LA again! Since we have been gone quite a bit lately, we plan on spending the weekend relaxing with the puppies and maybe even catching a movie. Best Weekend Sales

• Nordstrom: Besides the Anniversary Sale that is going on until August 4th, Nordstrom has some amazing things on sale right now. Love these printed pants, this Missoni peplum tank is adorable, I still have my eyes on this RED Valentino ruffle dress, this RED Valentino dress and these booties are perfect for fall!
• Shopbop: If you don’t prefer the gray version of these Rag & Bone booties that are currently on sale at Nordstrom, the camel version is on sale here and I just love the shade of them. PERFECT for when the weather cools down! This little Joie skirt is too cute and would be adorable to wear now and also when the weather cools down with a light sweater. Lastly, I have wanted these Rag & Bone jeans for a while and they are finally on sale. Cannot wait to add them to my jean collection.
• Neiman Marcus: I snagged this DVF dress (in black) last week and it is one of the better buys I have made in a while (it’s so flattering). I really love the look of this Halston peplum blouse, these Rag & Bone sandals have a great heel height and these Valentino shoes are so dreamy. I really wish they were in my size!
