I cannot believe that in just a week our sweet little baby Ralph will be 19 months old. In all honesty, it blows my mind how quickly this has gone. Time please slow down!!!
As per your requests, I have updated baby Ralphs current schedule. For us, a schedule really works and this one in particular has been great for Ralph. While some days are unpredictable, most days are easy to map out thanks to his schedule (that he loves).

Ralph’s previous schedules: 0 – 5 1/2 months, 5 1/2 – 7 1/2 months, 7 1/2 – 12 months, 12 – 15 months
My son is currently 16 months old and on a very similar schedule, except still doing 2 naps! My question: when you offer him milk is it in a sippy cup, even before bed? We do a sippy ‘bottle’ before bed but I’m wondering if there’s a better option!
I wish there was a better option..we do the same ‘sippy cup with milk’ situation!
What brand of lactose free milk? Thanks for sharing!
we just use either the central market brand or the trader joes brand. it just depends on where I am when we need more!
How and when did you transition Ralph from 15 month schedule to 18 month?
I transitioned him when he turned 18 months! xx
