What to wear Labor Day Weekend is a common question. Most think that it is the last weekend it is appropriate to wear white and although I choose to wear white year round, this Labor Day Weekend I plan to wear lots of white.
We are currently in Nantucket with friends and if you opened my suitcase you would probably laugh. My packing consisted of a theme. Red, white and blue (with a side of stripes). All American? Yes. Nantucket appropriate? Major YES!
This white tassel top paired with these white Lilly Pulitzer shorts are definitely in my suitcase right now. In fact I will probably wear this exact outfit in the next few days. The beauty of an all white outfit is that no matter the texture, the style or the shape of the garment; white on white goes together! It’s so easy and effortless to mix and match without looking silly. To me, this is the perfect Labor Day Weekend outfit!
