In the past I have shared a few different looks on what to wear to work (you can see them here and here) and after scrolling through some of my past content I realized that I had never really covered ‘casual weekday style’. As someone who works from home, weekday style is kind of my thing. Yes, somedays at home it consists of work out clothes and others it’s my go-to wardrobe combo of skinny jeans and a button down.

Skinny jeans and a button down have been my go-to for casual weekday style for more than a handful of reasons but the most obvious reason is that it is a combo that looks put together but is so easy to throw together. Lately, my (stretchiest) skinny jeans have been on repeat and so have my over sized buttons downs for the obvious reason of me being pregnant. I will say, pregnant or not pregnant this cozy and casual weekday style will forever be my go-to ensemble.

As my belly continues to grow, I know that my collection of over sized button downs will as well (#spring2017pregnancystyle). I also know that while my favorite skinny jeans are currently still wearable, I am sure the days of them actually being able to be buttoned are quite limited. For now, I’m going to wear my favorite (stretchy) skinny jeans and buttons downs for my casual weekday (and even weekend style).
